What's in a Report
The PDF report is a comprehensive export of your PancreaTrack data over a selected time range. It includes:
Pain Trend
Daily pain scores charted over the selected period with severe episode highlights.
Nutrition Summary
Fat intake trends, meal log table, and average daily consumption.
Bowel Log
Bristol scale trend, oily stool frequency, and steatorrhea risk indicators.
Lab Values
Most recent results per category with reference ranges and trend direction.
Glucose Data
Time in Range, average glucose, and 24-hour trend (if CGM connected).
Enzyme Log
Dose history, success rates by fat range, and your personal dosing ratio.
Generating a Report
Go to Reports
Find Reports in the sidebar.
Choose a date range
Select from 30, 60, or 90 days, or set a custom range.
Click Generate PDF
Your browser will render the report and trigger a download. No data is sent to a third party — the PDF is generated directly on our server using your logged data.
When to Use Reports
- Seeing a new gastroenterologist or specialist for the first time
- Pre-surgical consultation for TPIAT or other pancreatic procedures
- Insurance prior authorization documentation
- Second opinion appointments
- Personal record keeping before switching providers
If your physician is connected to PancreaTrack, they can view all of this data directly in the Physician Portal — no PDF required. Reports are most useful for providers who are not yet on the platform.
